A place to work in and to WorkOut
WorkOut project aims to revive a 1970s office building and to reintegrate it into its urban fabric through various strategies and targeted interventions.
Located between residential and office buildings on the prestigious Avenue Louise in Brussels, the integration of the building involves the redefinition of its base. Serving as a major circulation hub, the base connects three different entrances leading to three distinct functions: a new office entrance, a gym entrance, and a parking entrance. This transformation will unify and connect the base to the public space in order to guide visitors clearly to their various destinations.
In addition to restructuring the base, extensive work on the facade will improve the building's energy performance without altering its characteristic style, typical of Avenue Louise's architecture. The building's longevity and its future users’ quality of life will also be enhanced thanks to new outdoor spaces that offer relaxation areas.
