We won BridgeCity competition!
We're happy to announce that the BridgeCity competition was awarded to the project led by DDS+ for the consortium comprising Kairos and Belfius Immo.
On the edge of a dense built-up area and a railway plain, BridgeCity aims to redevelop a heterogenous site with an industrial past.
Located between Rue François-Joseph Navez and Boulevard Lambermont, close to the Van Praet bridge, the project creates a connection between a hyper-urban context and the scale of the Brussels urban block.
Offering a mixed-use site where people can work, produce, live and meet, the project’s program entails housing, workshop surfaces, retail and equipment organized within a constellation of generous green pockets.
