A new skin for a New Way Of Working
Nestled between the Leopold district and the Porte de Namur, Eclipse renews its image, organization and performance through an ambitious renovation for which the permit has just been obtained.
From its envelope and all the way to its core, the building will be radically transformed in order to offer more convivial, sustainable and versatile spaces. With enlarged bays, a front façade equipped with integrated solar protection and a generous amount of natural light, the building achieves high levels of energy performance. Through the creation of an additional level with accessible terraces offering a breathtaking view of the city, green outdoor spaces that improve the visual comfort of users and evolutive floor plans that allow flexibility and versatility, Eclipse meets the needs of its future occupants and provides the opportunity to accompany the evolution of those needs over time.
Reviving an obsolete building, this project gives birth to a contemporary office building in line with the New Ways of Working in the heart of the city of Brussels.
