SO Stockel : end of the construction site
Located in the heart of the municipality of Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, near the Malou Park and the "promenade verte" of the Brussels-Capital Region, the SO Stockel project (phase 1) constitutes a residential micro-district, in the heart of a private park with trees, part of which is classified as a protected green zone.
The implantation of the buildings is conceived in such a way as to achieve a progressive transition between the surrounding building templates and to adapt to the relief of the sloping terrain in order to respect the views of everyone. The proposed architecture favors a coherence of colors and materials, with facades in vibrant light-colored brick, contrasted by dark aluminum frames.
The construction site, which is the first phase of an overall project, will be completed in a few weeks and will reveal 3 new buildings harmoniously integrated into their environment, offering 138 new quality homes, from studios to four-bedroom apartments.
