Oxy gets a makeover

As it gets converted into offices, housing and a hotel, Oxy unveils its new copper façade, made of metal frames.

The numerous studies, analyses and mock-ups of the façade, carried out in close collaboration with Kyotec among others, have guided the choice towards stainless steel for its aesthetic and durable qualities.

In addition to offering a high-performance envelope, the prefabricated modules allow for rapid installation on site. Easily dismountable and recyclable, they extend the life cycle of the building and maximize potential conversion.
