M-Square : official inauguration
The M-Square project, located in the municipality of Molenbeek-Saint-Jean, on the heights of the Mettewie boulevard and a few steps from the Scheutbosch Park, was inaugurated on Friday 29 October in the presence of the project owners Burco and Thomas&Piron as well as many personalities.
M-Square is a new neighborhood of 250 residential units (of which 126 are for promotional sales, 45 for city.dev sales and 58 for Le Logement Molenbeekois & the SLRB), a daycare center and a nursing home, totaling 30,000 m2. The program is set in a landscaped environment designed as part of the redesign of the original PPAS that planned the creation of the area's high-rise buildings. It creates a pleasant, calm and intergenerational living environment with two public crosswalks linking Boulevard Louis Mettewie and Avenue du Condor, as well as several vegetated areas serving as playgrounds, vegetable gardens, places for relaxation and intergenerational meetings.
