M Square comes to life
Just a stone's throw from the Scheutbos Park in Molenbeek-Saint-Jean, 250 apartments and a care and rest home are being built, with special attention for green spaces and the project's integration into the neighbourhood.
DDS+ contributed to this project with the design and realization of buildings C, D and E, in collaboration with Thomas & Piron and Burco. With the finishing touches, the construction works are nearing completion. The new owners are moving into the 63 subsidized(citydev.brussels), medium-sized apartments, customized to the taste of each.
With the help of the Brussels collective Bûûmplantersand the participation of the new owners, a communal vegetable garden has been created with reused wood.
