End of the construction for the green oasis in Anderlecht
The construction of the Laiterie project, soothing green oasis at west of the Capital, ends. The last buildings are taking place next to the first ones, delivered early 2020. Together, they form a peaceful tiny residential area composed of ten buildings offering 214 new flats within Scheut district’s green and welcoming environment in Anderlecht.
The marshy site, high biological value green area, along which came the Laiterie project to establish itself, served as common thread for our architects and the landscapers. They thus designed the restoration of the swamp and drew inspiration from the vegetation around it to ensure landscape continuity within the project. This desire makes possible to offer to the residents a wooded and relaxing setting, which is very popular in Brussels.
