Aquilis A : official inauguration
On Friday September 24, in the presence of Mayor Maxime Prévot and aldermen Stéphanie Scailquin and Charlotte Mouget, the official inauguration of the Aquilis A office building built by Eaglestone in collaboration with Thomas & Piron took place.
The Aquilis A building is located on a vast 3.2-hectare site along the Avenue du Prince de Liège in Jambes, where the Atradius office building has already been built, as well as 95 apartments and 12 houses. Two other office projects (Aquilis BC) are still under construction and will complete the development of the site designed by DDS+.
Aquilis A offers fully flexible office solutions for businesses. The focus has been on the flexibility of the building. It allows for multi-tenancy per floor, as well as the division of each floor into two units. The floors offer multiple layout possibilities, depending on the needs and desires of future tenants, such as CSD, which has implemented the NWOW (New Ways(s) Of Working) concept.
Aquilis A has been certified "BREEAM Very Good". The building offers modular and eco-responsible workspaces in a quality environment.
