Îlot Sacré shortlisted for the Brussels Horta Prize 2018 - Please vote

The Îlot Sacré project took a contemporary approach while respecting the history and character of existing buildings. We aimed to mark a new phase of contemporary architectural history for a central site within the UNESCO perimeter in the historical heart of the Belgian capital. 

The project provides both qualitative and quiet housing facilities for a diverse group of residents in the historical heart of Brussels, enriching the housing supply, animating the neighbourhood and giving new impulse to the pedestrian network.
